"YoBango's Get and Give Giveaway" Rules and Regulations

1. General:

Commencing May 1, 2008 and closing June 30, 2008, visitors to YoBango.com may download a ballot to enter into a draw to win $1,000.00 CDN to be awarded to the entrant. YoBango.com will match the prize by donating $1,000 to the Give Girls A Chance Fund at Tides Canada Foundation. The contest is open to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory. The contest is sponsored by Tenbelowzero Inc., 203-323 Kerr Street, Oakville, Ontario, L6K 3B6 (the “Contest Sponsor”). You are not eligible to enter and will be disqualified if you are an employee of the Contest Sponsor or its subsidiaries and affiliated companies or its agencies, or a member of the immediate household of such employees.

2. How to Enter:

A. No Purchase Necessary to Win: To enter, go to the “YoBango Get and Give Giveaway” microsite (http://www.yobango.com/getandgive/html/howtoenter.html) and download the official Entry Ballot. Contest opens on May 1, 2008 at 9:00 AM EST (“Start Date”) and closes on June 30, 2008 at 9:00 AM EST (“Closing Date”). Entrants must print the Entry Ballot then mail the completed ballot which will include the entrant’s name, address, province, postal code, age and email address to: “YoBango Get and Give Giveaway”, P.O. Box 86079, 1011 Upper Middle Road, Oakville, ON, L6H 5V6 post-marked before the Closing Date. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected, and postage-due or post-marked after the Closing Date will not be valid. To receive a full set of Rules and Regulations go to www.yobango.com/getandgive/html/rulesandregs.html or hand-print your name, address, telephone number and date of birth on a plain piece of paper and include a self-addressed stamped envelope bearing sufficient postage, and mail to: “YoBango Get and Give Giveaway Rules and Regulations Request”, P.O. Box 86079, 1011 Upper Middle Road, Oakville, ON, L6H 5V6. When submitting ballots via mail, entrants may submit one (1) entry per household between the Start Date and Close Date of the contest.

B. All visitors who make a purchase from YoBango.com between the contest start date and close date and meet the entrant requirements will automatically receive one (1) ballot for every transaction.

3. Prize:

The following prize is available to be won:
* Grand Prize (one (1) prize available)
- $1,000.00 (CDN) (“Prize”) to winner
- $1,000.00 (CDN) to Give Girls A Chance Fund at Tides Canada Foundation from YoBango.com.

4. Random Draw:

One (1) Prize winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be held in Oakville at 1:00 PM EST on July 7, 2008 by Perris McIntyre Inc. (“Contest Judge”). The Eligible Entrant will be contacted by telephone within 48 hours of the draw. If a Selected Entrant cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw or if contacted does not claim his or her prize on or before such date and time, or does not meet all of the contest conditions, another entry will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Chances of being selected in the random draw are solely dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. The name, city and province of the confirmed winner will be posted on the website, www.yobango.com, after the contest has been concluded.

5. Claiming a Prize:

To claim the prize, the Selected Entrant of the random draw must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered by mail or by telephone at a mutually agreed upon time, and must sign a declaration and release form, confirming compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing the Contest Sponsor from any liability in connection with the awarding and the use of the prize (“Notice”). If a selected prize Entrant does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, does not sign the declaration and release form within thirty (30) days of the mailing of the Notice, or becomes disqualified for any other reason, the Selected Entrant will lose any right to the prize and the organizers will attempt to award the prize to an alternative winner by random draw from among all remaining eligible contest entries.

6. Publicity:

By claiming a prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, address and/or photograph without compensation for any future publicity carried out in any media by or on behalf of the Contest Sponsor in connection with the contest. By claiming their prize, the winner accepts all contest rules and agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Contest Judge, which will be final.

7. General Conditions:

These rules and regulations are binding on entrants and all decisions of the Contest Judge are final and binding. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, or exchanged. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prizes. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of prize. The contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited. All entries become property of the Contest Sponsor which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, illegible or misdirected entries or entries that have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy the Rules or for failure of the website during the Contest period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in this Contest. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest, should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest.
