Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the date you originally ordered your product. Refunds are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee plus the full cost of return freight. Returns must have original packaging, instructions, accessories, software (if included), and components and be in the original condition you received your product in, in order to avoid any additional fees.
