No way! All items on the YoBango website are brand new, brand name and originally packaged items. The items are all overstock of various quantities and are not returned or refurbished items.

How can you set prices so low?
We can sell so low because we have great vendors! Occasionally they end up with overstock items that can't be sent to the typical "big box stores" so we help them move the overstock and you get to reap the rewards.

Maybe. But we'll guess that it was a return / open box / refurbished item. We keep an eye on our pricing so if you do see it cheaper send us a link and we'll have a look. We might even change our pricing because of your eagle eye for the best deals out there and if we do, we'll let you know first!

Ordering
How do I place an order with YoBango?
YoBangoing is easy …
1. Browse yobango.com and find the products you want.
2. When you find an item you like, select it and click “Add to Cart”.
3. You can continue shopping or check out. You will need to login if you are an existing YoBango customer, or register if you have not yet done so.
4. Complete all of the required fields, select your shipping option, enter your credit card information. Once you have confirmed your purchase you’re done!
How can I cancel or modify my order?
If the option is available, you can cancel an order before it is processed by calling our toll free Customer Service number at 1-905-337-1708. If your order has been processed you will be charged a $10.00 processing and restocking fee. You will also be responsible for shipping charges to return the product if you wish to return an order after it has shipped.

Of course you can! Our warehouse is located at 323 Kerr Street, Suite 203, Oakville, ON L6K 3B6. Warehouse and office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday for pick up orders. Seasonal hours will be posted as needed,

At Yobango.com we understand that when you purchase something online there's a chance it might not be what you were expecting once you get it in your hands. That's why YoBango.com has adopted a "No Problem ... Just Return It" returns policy. If you don't like it within 30 days of the purchase, simply call us to let us know you're returning it, and we'll walk you through the process of getting it back to us.
Now there are some costs involved - you have to cover your return shipping costs and there is a processing and restocking fee of $10.00 (plus GST) - and you'll have 30 days from the purchase date within which to return your purchase. Other than that we'll help make sure you get just want you want.
